Trying to build locally

I am trying to follow the instructions on how to build locally but I can not find the build.bat file to execute

The 1.2.x release line doesn't have a build.bat file anymore. I haven't had a chance to update the docs. The good news is the process is easier now. We now use qgo (QuikGo - a tool I wrote). To build the new version, you need to have qgo installed, then run qgo build in the directory that contains manifest.json. It will generate bin\nvm.exe.
