Option to move the right sidebar (file explorer) to the left side

Summary

I'd like an option to choose which side the right sidebar (Explorer / file tree) appears on — ideally to dock it on the left, or to swap the left and right sidebars.

Why

• Most editors and IDEs (VS Code, JetBrains, etc.) keep the file tree on the left, so my eyes naturally look there for file paths.
• When I review agent output in the terminal and then check which files changed, I have to keep moving my eyes across the whole screen to the right edge.
• I use Orca on a wide monitor and also mirror it to my phone. With the explorer on the right, the code paths end up far from where I'm working.

Current behavior

• The left sidebar (workspaces) and the right sidebar (Explorer) have fixed positions.
• Settings only cover open/close (rightSidebarOpenByDefault), width, active tab and left sidebar appearance. There is no position setting.

Proposed solution

Any of these would work for me:

1. A setting such as rightSidebarPosition: "right" | "left".
2. A "Swap sidebars" toggle that switches the workspaces panel and the Explorer.
3. Allow the Explorer to be docked as a tab inside the left sidebar.

Alternatives I've tried

• Closing the right sidebar by default and opening it only when needed. This works, but I lose the always-visible file tree.
• Reducing its width. This helps a little, but it's still on the opposite side from where I look.
