SKILL.md autogeneration from storybook stories

Now a days, give best context to AI agents is crucial, I think SKILLS.md is a good way to do it , but I love to keep storybook's stories as source of truth.

To make simple and automatic the skill generation from storybook, I created a CLI tool (and a Github action) will read your storybook content and generate multiple SKILL.md automatically with the help of a LLM can summarize and compact the most important concepts and elements from all the stories and MDX files document you components.
