Port of @tanstack/eslint-config to Oxlint. Uses native Oxlint rules where they exist, and loads eslint-plugin-import-x (import/order), @stylistic/eslint-plugin (spaced-comment) and a local `tanstack` plugin (type-parameter-naming, replacing @typescript-eslint/naming-convention) as JS plugins resolved from the package, so consumers don't install them. no-octal is not ported, as Oxlint does not implement it. …atter Drop `import/order` and `@stylistic/spaced-comment`, so the config no longer needs eslint-plugin-import-x or @stylistic/eslint-plugin as JS plugins. Projects using Oxfmt can sort imports with `sortImports`. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Replace ESLint with Oxlint in eslint-config, publish-config, typedoc-config and vite-config, and drop the root test:eslint target and the eslint, jiti and typescript-eslint dev dependencies. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

🎯 Changes
Port @tanstack/eslint-config to Oxlint and pubish @tanstack/oxlint-config
Mostly a straight port of the eslint config. I've removed the sort import plugin as that can be handled by oxfmt as well as the stylistic plugin as, again, that should be an oxfmt responsiblity.

Summary by CodeRabbit
@tanstack/oxlint-config, a reusable Oxlint configuration with JavaScript, TypeScript, import, and Node.js rules.
