Updates the Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) translation.

What changed

• 166 untranslated strings translated. Most are recent features: AI chat and indexing, note lock, whiteboards, accessible PDFs, Joplin Server Business licensing.
• 180 fuzzy entries fixed. Almost all of them had unrelated auto-matched translations, for example "Allow creating notes" was "正在建立筆記..." ("Creating note..."), "%d connection" was "隱藏更多操作" ("Hide more actions") and "Forgot password?" was "顯示密碼" ("Show password"). Each was retranslated and the fuzzy flag removed.
• Last-Translator header updated.

zh_TW is now fully translated: 1854/1854 strings, 0 fuzzy. Only those 346 entries and the header line were touched.

Terminology

I kept the terms already used in this file (記事本, 延伸模組, 管理員儀表板, Joplin 伺服器, 格式化文字編輯器, 主密碼). For new terms I followed what Taiwanese sources most commonly use, e.g. 光學字元辨識 for OCR and 點數 for AI credits.

Checks

• Parsed the file with polib: no untranslated or fuzzy entries remain, and each %s / %d placeholder count matches the source string (or msgid_plural for plural entries).
• Not checked in the running apps.

I prepared this update with an AI assistant (Claude Code) and reviewed the wording as a native Taiwanese speaker.
