This code is a comprehenisive piece of code written using AI assisted workflows to optimise. It takes PHS data from a custom scitnillating tile testing rig
and analyses it using a gaussian fitting, with a polynomial fitting as a backup. It then determines peak prominence and selects the best peak to be added to a CSV
which can be used for data analysis and visualisation, guiding key design decisions thoughout my time at the ISIS Neutron and Muon Source
